Adult Learning Program, Level 3 This classroom program, located at 10 Water Street in Windsor, runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The course material includes communication skills, math, social studies, science, human relations, workplace preparation, and computer skills. Students work at their own pace and may begin at any time in the school year. The instructor is Cathy Caldwell.
